The Texas Hill Country Independence Open is an ISI competition (also the ISI District 11 Championships) will be held June 27-29 this year at Chaparral Ice/Northcross. All ages and levels are welcome to sign up. Contact Anne Abel (aabel@chaparralice.com) for more information.
I did this event last year at Beta level and really enjoyed it. This year I'll be skating at Freestyle 1, and I'll be doing the Family Spotlight event with my daughters. It's a lot of fun and highly recommend it for anyone near Austin, TX.
