Is it the sports governing bodies that set the age limits for their members to compete at the Olympics or the International Olympic Committee themselves?
I always thought you had to be at least 16 to compete, at least in skating but thought this was an olympic rule but it seems that Britain has a boy who is a high diver that has qualified to go at the age of 13. Does anyone know the actual situation with this?
