Duke Raleigh Hospital is sponsoring an outdoor skating rink with artificial ice at the North Hills Mall in Raleigh, NC.
The announcement says it's better know as "plice" although I've never heard that term before. (Cute, though)
I wouldn't wear my good skates since Skate@Delaware said the plastic dulls your blades.
My ratty old backup skates might do for a first try on fake ice.
The rink is open until mid-January 2008; hours vary by day:
