I finally got around to watching this yesterday. I thought the skating-with-kids thing was pretty neat as a concept, but somewhat hit-and-miss in execution. The best two numbers IMO were the one with Katia with her two girls, and the one with Isabel, Rocky & Gabriella (that one was particularly cool because I'd never seen Isabel skate with her hubby before). Some of the others I though were just waaaay too cutesy or gimmicky.

I loved Ilya's solo number too -- the one to "It's Too Darned Hot" (from one of my all-time musicals, Kiss Me Kate). Does anyone know who was singing that version?

According to Kulik's Krew, Too Darned Hot was performed by the "1999 Broadway Cast" recording. (Big help.) I love that number from Ilia, too. It seems to get better every time I see it.
