Thanks for the link, Lee!

I don't think I've had enough caffeine to absorb all the info in this article yet, but it sounds like Le Gougne's attorneys have enough information to present a case. I don't think it will "hold water", so to speak, but I think they should be allowed to present this side of the case, if only to allow discussion about all the counter-accusations.
