Say,for a Juvenile Synchronized Skating Team. I have noticed when I read the ages and all. That they don't go by the true deffenition OF Juvenille for requierment. Which is a kid under 18. Does anyone know why? Just wondering.

I'm not sure what you mean by the "true definition of Juvenile". Is that a definition you found in a dictionary? US Figure Skating limits the Juvenile level in singles to skaters under the age of 13, and it looks like they did the same thing in synchro to be consistent. It's just a word. When they named the levels, they could have called them Level A, B, C, D and so forth, or Level Red, Blue, Yellow... or any other naming system they wanted. The words they chose just designate the levels - they don't necessarily correspond to dictionary definitions.
