Tragic, but believable, for me, anyways. Some people are incredibly stupid, and I hope he gets jail time. Those people didn't have a chance, with him driving a Hummer.

Wow. Drunk driving + Hummer = almost 100% certainty of tragic results.

I hope he gets serious jail time, and that his sentence is highly publicized.

I feel really sorry that drunk driving isn't taken as seriously by people in general as it should be. On the other hand I don't drink, nor drive, so I can't imagine why people do it. Maybe its harder to control yourself then I imagine it to be. If only there was more social pressure not to drink and drive, then vice versa.
