medal id wanted

Hi all,
I have recently come into possession of an old medal.
On the reverse is engraved;

"Westopia
Skating
Polo Tournament
1911
runners up
won by
G.Tracey"
I'm wondering if anyone can id the medal or competition.
If there are family members still around it would be nice to return this to them for sentimental reasons, or if there is a historical group affilliated with the Westopia tournament maybe they should have it.

Ummmmm,Skating Polo confuses me. As it's hard to tell if it's a skating competition. But did you try a Google search? I wonder if you'll find something. BTW. welcome.
