I would say Alyssa Czisney (sp?).

She overcame her demons during the 2007 Nationals. I do not know of anyone else, personally, that even came to mind.

Just wanted to suggest Miami U synchro team. They brought the USA home a medal from Worlds! I think they deserve a little recognition, which would be huge for the sport!

I voted for Evan Lysacek. He had a breakthrough season, winning Nats (with his first clean quad in comp), 4CCs, and he also got his first win on the GP.
