She doesn't have an official website. Bulanhagui competes as a senior nationally and as a junior internationally -- link to her USFS bio: http://www.usfigureskating.org/AthleteBio.asp?id=34530

Because national and international levels are defined differently. Skaters going to US Nationals compete according to their US test level, but skaters competing internationally are junior or senior according to their age. Melissa has tested Senior and competes at that level nationally, but is still young enough to compete in junior internationals.

Her birthdate is listed in the USFS bio link I posted above. She'll turn 17 in August.

"What level she is skaterwise" depends on what you are talking about. If you're asking what level she is according to the US Figure Skating test structure, she's a Senior, because of which test she's passed. If you're asking what level she skates at international events, she's a Junior because of how old she is. I don't think I can explain it any better.

I saw a rebroadcasting of the 2007 Nationals/Ladies LP last night on ESPN2.

They pronounced her last name as Boo-len-ha-gee.

If I'm not mistaken, her family is originally from the Phillipines. I've skated with her at practices--she's always very nice about dodging around me. :)
