My apologies in advance for reopening a closed discussion. I'm a new poster and sincerely hope I'm not breaching any posting etiquette by doing so. Hopefully, according to the last few posts on the former thread, Iskater will resume service. In the event that they do not, I wanted to insure that those of who paid for future months of service know you can recover your payments by notifying your credit card company of the problem. They should issue you a pro-rated refund for the months you do not receive service (again, in the event it does not resume). You can typically initiate this process by phone, but, may be required to sign something stating that you paid for a service in advance that has not/will not be rendered. You generally need to notify the credit card company w/in 60 days of the problem so there should be plenty of time to see if Iskater returns to business.
