This is a Martha Stewart-narrated video recorded at Klingbeil's shop in Queens, NY. (It's on Klingbeil's website)

The video shows how custom ice skate boots are made, start to finish.

My little ones used this for a first-grade project on "Goods and Services."
These are the "goods," for "services" they went to our pro shop and he taught them how to sharpen blades. Both girls received A+ grades; didn't hurt that one of the teachers is a figure skater's mom. (Yep, her DD wears Klingbeil's!)

Rob Nokes is a Sound Recordist who is handling the on-ice effects for the Wil Ferrell movie "Blades of Glory." In this video, he demonstrates the equipment and techniques used to get the sound effects for the skating sequences.
