Unfortunately, the box office at Coventry seems to be manned by an answering machine, and they don't return your calls. So I'm not getting anywhere with trying to get tickets.

Called again this morning, and they came back to me within 10 minutes - and yes, once I got a person, they were very helpful. So I guess the complaint had an effect!

No wonder they are improving!
