Will the 2008 championships be televised next year?
In 2012 the Winter Olympics are being held in Vancouver where i went 2 years ago, we saw the place being built outside our hotel for the Olympics.

The Olympics in Vancouver are in 2010. I believe the figure skating will be a the Coluseum which has been around for years; however, there is a lot of other building going on for the Olympics.

Oh right, do you live in Vancouver? Is the Coluseum the Arena where the Canucks (ice hockey) team play?

Hi ... I live in Vancouver.
The Coliseum is the arena where the Vancouver Canucks used to play before GM Place was built. The Canucks play there now.
The Coliseum is the home of the Vancouver Giants hockey team (junior), and also hosts other events such as concerts.
It's an aging facility but they are giving it a facelift for the Olympics.

That is so cool that you are from Vancouver. I live in the centre of England, and i remember going to the GM Place to see a short game of the Canucks in August 2005! Me and my parents love Vancouver and Canada, we went to Toronto last year (2006). We support the GMB Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey team in the U.K, have you heard of them? They're website is www.panthers.co.uk!

Are you going to the shows then? I was tempted to go but totally now sure as I'd be on my own and it would be in Swedish wouldn't it?
