It's sk8erel here! As i said on another post, the event was really fantastic. Guess who won the Gold Ice dance ......Sinead and John Kerr of Murrayfield, Scotland! They were the best out of all of them. They're 3 times British champions and came 10th in the Turin Winter Olympics 2006! It's a pity that there were only a few spectators to watch though, but they pulled the cutains round at the top of the arena so that it looked fuller! That's a trick to remember for lack-of-interest events like this!
The dance pairs included: Danielle Bennett from Guildford/Oxford and her partner Josh Boulton. Sarah May Coward and Mark Coward from Chelmsford. Leigh Rogers and Lloyd Jones from Deeside, Penny Coomes and Nick Buckland from Notts.! Thats just some of the skaters that performed today? Its on SkySports in February sometime. As thought, they didn't have any merchandise to buy, although i bought a pretty brown top and skirt at a stall for dance fabric called DSI
