What has happened to Yoshie Onda???

I was absolutely in love with her.

I swore she was going to be the next big thing, coming into the post-Olympics season in 2003.

I love her and want to see her skate. Will I get to anytime soon?

Yoshie came in 7th at Skate Canada (http://www.isufs.org/events/cat00005618.htm) this month. She fell in her short program and it looks like she didn't skate too well overall, although her long program helped pull her up.

Perhaps she didn't make the TV broadcast and that's why you haven't "seen" her this year?
(I haven't watched my recordings yet, so I'm not sure.)

They did not show Yoshie in the U.S.

The last time I remember seeing her was in 2003. :(

I think she's been on at lest once since then. It was when she first switched coaches to Josee Chiounard(Sp?). She did not skate well, and we were able to hear her telling Josee that she was sorry for her performance as she came into the kiss and cry.
