Johnny Weir at Campbells

Wow. I am amazed.

Johnny has changed his style of skating almost completely, and it looks good.

He skates a lot more masculine. I never had a problem with his "feminine" style, which he brought up, but the change looks great.

I have never seen anyone change their complete style that much. Angela Nikodinov changed her movements quite a bit a few years back, but her general style was the same.

What did others think?

I thought the new style suited him very well. I hope he doesn't completely abandon his "romantic" style, tho. That messy mop needs restyling too! LOL!

I would have thought with the first competition (even if it were partially fluff), there would be some conversation about it.

Eh, Johnny was sick and probably just rolled out of bed. ROTFLOL Not bad skating for a sick guy.
