Haribobo, I'm curious why did you put Jennifer ParKs above Andrea Varraux in your comment order. You put everyone else in order of their placements. I watched this group, and I thought Andrea's artistic mark is what put her in first. Cleary no ones jumps were what they can do

twiz-- did you attend the event yourself? I am going to have to proofread my reports VERY carefully next time... 8O

Anyway, I was very tired when I wrote the reports. Jennifer Park skated before Andrea Varraux and that's the order I felt like typing my notes at the time. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I felt that in the presentation marks, the two were very close and it could have gone either way. Clearly the judges saw it the same way, too, since it was a 4-3 split for 1st. Andrea has blossomed very nicely as a singles skater, I wasn't a fan before but I think her basic skating is lovely now. Jennifer Park has improved greatly since South Atlantic Regionals last year (though I think she may have been recovering from an injury at the time). It will be fun to see these skaters again at Souths this year, assuming they will both be there. Senior ladies is going to be quite competitive!

BTW, I am pretty sure Jennifer Park landed her 2ax in warmup, and also Andrea Varraux did a clean 3sal in warmup. Correct me if I'm wrong...
