This is a really neat video that shows the school's ice rink surface being painted in fast-forward speed.
The rink is at Broome Community College (SUNY) near Binghamton, NY.
(Didn't know SUNY schools had ice arenas - LSNED - Learn Something New Every Day!)

ETA: Just as I thought: JetIce did the painting. Nice guys with a repressed artistic streak. They do beautiful work.
(I'm biased -- they let ME paint the ice during their demo at the ISI Conference.
Didn't even flinch when I jumped off the "Skating Instructors/Directors" track to the Operations track demos.
