Can anyone tell me who's skating (jr & sr men and ladies), and how they're doing? I think Jeremy Abbott and Angie Lien are there. Not sure

Competition dates are Wednesday, July 12 through Saturday, July 15 in Aston (west of Philadelphia), PA -- link to official site with comp. schedule:

The host club doesn't release the roster ahead of time, but here's my projected, unofficial list of senior level skaters/teams (for the most part, past Nationals skaters and those I know about from outside the Eastern regions):

SENIOR MEN (22 registered): Jeremy Abbott, Wesley Campbell, Stephen Carriere, Derrick Delmore, Craig Ratterree, Shaun Rogers (FS only), Traighe Rouse, Tommy Steenberg, Rohene Ward, Jason Wong; not sure about Ryan Bradley, Jordan Miller, Casey McCraw? (There are usually a couple of Canadian and/or international guys each year as well.)

SENIOR LADIES: Rachael Flatt, Megan Williams-Stewart, Juliana Cannarozzo, Angie Lien, Jessica Houston (sr or jr?), Kylie Gleason, Ameena Sheikh, Melissa Bulanhagui?, Molly Oberstar?
[NOT expected to compete here this year: Hughes, Taylor, Zukowski, S. Rosenthal, Archambault, Oster, Hyatt, Bugaeva]

SENIOR PAIRS (5 teams registered): Tiffany Vise/Derek Trent, Amanda Evora/Mark Ladwig, Chloe Katz/Joseph Lynch, Stephanie Kuban/Steven Pottenger (new).

Generally speaking, the Final rounds of the separate SP and FS events in the Intermediate through Junior levels feature high quality skating and skaters from around the U.S. (and there usually are quite a few good skaters who don't qualify for the final rounds). For many of the Senior/Junior skaters, this is often where they debut new programs and choreography (and so the jumps may not be in peak season form just yet ;)).

Liberty has not charged admission in the past, so if you're a skating fan within driving distance of the Philly area, THIS is the club competition to check out!

ETA: Or, just follow the link in NoVa Sk8r's post right before mine. :)
