Anyone going to Worlds?

I was thinking about maybe going to D.C. a few days, but I will not be able to attend the entire week due to limited time and funds.

I was going to try to get to get a few single event tickets when they go on sale.

Does anyone know of some reasonable places to stay and if the venue is very accessible to public transportation?
