Pen Pal wanted

My daughter is 11 and in Freeskate 3. She is looking for a pen pal around her level. There are very few skaters in this area, so she would like to have someone to discuss skating with. Does anyone know of a reputable website where she can find one?

If you belong to ISI (you can join without necessarily testing/competing ISI) you get their magazine which has a big penpal section.
