I'd like to thank whomever it was that produced the show that aired today, December 31, 2005 on NBC.

I loved seeing the kids of the skaters -- it was so cute -- Scott Hamilton's child looks exactly like him and Ilia's daughter is absolutely the "spittin image" of her dad, as we say! Nancy Kerrigan's son is likewise just like her! Its so fun seeing all of them.

I loved seeing Katia and Daria skate. As a single mom, Katia and Daria are just very important to me because Katia's courage inspired me. I think she is probably the most beautiful woman on earth, and the sweetest, and I have really missed seeing her skate.

Also, I enjoyed seeing Ilia Kulik skate, who is my all time favorite. I miss him so much.

And thanks to Kurt for doing that incredible, difficult clown number again.

I really enjoyed the Katia and Daria number. It was very well choreographed, and I like how supportive the audience was of Daria.

I second the compliments of Katya and Daria skating together. I was very impressed with Daria's skating skills, I was impressed with how well the two moved together, and they picked the PERFECT choice of music: "Children of the World" by Amy Grant. It was so beautiful to see.

It's hard to believe that Sergei has been gone 10 years already. I was just reading "My Sergei" last week, and remembering the beauty and joyfulness they showed. I am thrilled to see that same happiness return.

Oh, yeah, and everyone else looked terrific, too. ::giggles:: I adore Kurt Browning.

I agree, this was a very cleaver concept. It was a nice change from the regular format. It was great to see the skaters interacting with and skating for their kids. hopefully they will do something like this again maybe with a different group of skaters next time.

It was on again last night, and I watched most of it - dozed off and missed Daria and Katia's program :frus: Is it on the web anywhere?

It was great to see the offspring - those kids are just gorgeous, aren't they? Wonder if any, besides Daria, will turn to skating. Kurt's son was cute, Jack looks so much like Todd, and it was sweet to see Daria, who is such a blend of her mom and dad. Ilia's daughter is quite the imp!

Has Kristi had the 2nd baby yet? Girl or boy? Her daughter was adorable!

I've actually met Nancy's second baby in person - he's so cute! My husband said that he thought Nancy looked chunky on TV, so I punched him... Last time I saw her in person, (a month ago?) she was very petite, so I told him, if you think she's chunky, what does that make me, since she's much smaller than I am? Now, I'm 5'3", 110 lbs... :roll: I think she looked fabulous!

Loved seeing Ilia and Kurt skating. I wish Scott had done some skating too. :cry:

WOW! Daria has grownso much - she's fantastic, isn't she? Did she do a triple toe? That program gave me goosebumps, in parts I couldn't tell them apart!
