Well, I didn't think this show was quite as good as previous years, but it still had some nice moments.
Highlights for me were:
~ Shawn Sawyer's "Grown Up Christmas List" (Michael Bublé). I've never been hugely fond of this song, but Shawn's interpretation of it was magnificant.
~ Jamie and David's "The Blower's Daughter." In a perfect world these holiday shows would be all holiday music, but of course that's not possible ... and I'm so glad I got to see this program (which is one of their SOI programs for this year). Absolutely mesmerizing.
I also liked the fact that, as in the past, the fluff bits in between numbers were very short.
But I wasn't too impressed with the camera work, though, particularly in the first few numbers.
And of course the biggest disappointment for this year's show was no Kurt. :cry:
