To match her fiance’s unconventional proposal, O’Brien said she chose her older brother as her maid of honour and that Eisler then chose skating partner Isabelle Brasseur as his best man.
That seems so appropriate for Lloyd. :)

Knowing Isabelle and Lloyd's performing history (especially this year's COI), I hope the bride was the one who got to wear the dress!!!

Seriously, much happiness to them both!!! May they ride on their Harley together in sunshine and love always!!!:D

A few pictures of the bride & groom have been posted on B&E's website:

Thanks for the link to the pictures. Wow, there was a real who's who of figure skaters in attendance. It shows us what close friends many of them are off the ice. (And what a beautiful site for the wedding)

It was fun picking everyone out. Looks like Kristi got a new, shorter haircut.

Thanks for posting the link to those photos, Catherine--the bride and groom both look wonderful and I also had a lot of fun identifying the familiar faces in that group shot. ;)

It seems B&E are following in the same tradition as Christine Hough and Doug Ladret--Tuffy was "best man" at Doug's wedding while Doug was the "maid of honor" at hers. I can't remember whether Lloyd was the "maid of honor" at Isabelle's wedding, though! :)

Lloyd was one of Isabelle & Rocky's ushers for their wedding. I remember reading that in IFS magazine.

Great pictures! Can anyone help to identify the people in the large photo? From what I can tell...(Front Row) ?, Jean Michel Bombardier (?), ?, Lloyd, Marcia, Kurt Browning, Brian Orser, Michael Slipchuk, David Pelletier, Todd Sand (Back Row) the first person I recognize is Kristi Yamaguchi, ?, ?, Josee Chouinard, ?, ?, ?, ?, Jamie Sale, ?, Jenny Meno.

Stephen Cousins is the first guy, front row, on the left.
Isabelle is the 2nd person, back row, on the left.

Anyone else?

Isn't that Tom Collins with the sun glasses?

Rocky Marval (Isabelle's husband) first in the back row. Marie-France Dubreuil on the other side of Isabelle? Scott Davis in the back row far right?

I'd say the third person from the left in the back row is Michelle Menzies, J-M Bombardier's former pairs partner.

That is Tom Collins and Scott Davis (and wife). I'm wondering if the blond is Karen Preston.

This must be a figure skating photo--otherwise only figure skate related people attended!! I'm wondering who the 'older' woman in blue is--someone's one, who snuck in on the photo.

She's a beautiful woman and a lovely bride, as well.

Who is that in the white hat?? Kinda looks like Isabelle? But isn't that Isabelle beside Rocky??
I think that looks like Lucinda Ruh behind the older lady in the blue. She is turning around.

The older woman in blue kind of looks like she could be the bride's mother, IMO (not that I know what the bride's mother actually looks like, of course!)

I'd say the woman in the white hat was Jamie Salé, but isn't Jamie the woman in black next to Jenni Meno? IMO, the woman in the white hat looks more like Jamie while the woman in black looks more like Nancy Kerrigan (although it probably is the other way around!)

The person who took this photo actually posted on rssif about a month ago and said all of the people in the photo were skaters--otherwise I would have thought the woman in sunglasses standing next to Kristi was Kurt's wife Sonia (the photographer said it definitely wasn't her, though!)

WOW what great news ! Thanks for the link to the photos as well. I am definitly out of the loop this summer inregards to figure skating. I haven't had much acccess to a computer for the past two months or so and haven't been doing much surfing on the net and reading the boards all summer. But I'm back into the swing of things and just getting back into reading the boards again. Gotta lot of catching up to do.

Again thanks for the link - they both make a beautiful couple !

Just taking a closer look at the photo I also too noticed Punsellow & Swallow - in the back - kinda near were Karen Preston is standing ... I'd also say the people who are unfamiliar are family members ....
