How do you get tickets to the 2003 Worlds?

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get tickets to the 2003 Figure Skating World Championships in Washington D.C.? Cause I live around D.C and would love to get some tickets so I could see the ladies' event. If anyone knows I would be very greatful to you! Thanks :D
