Hi,
Target has some great leggings in the children's department for $5. I'm 5'2 and I usually wear a medium in leggings. I bought the x-L in the kids and they are even a little big. I think the brand name is clio or something. They come in purple, and a purple and a pink print.
Target also has their Halloween leggins back this year ($6). Last year I bought two pairs, candy corn and glitter spider web, and they have held up well. This year I bought the moon and stars.

They usually have a wider variety of sizes at Walmart-sometimes you have to really look around. Not sure about Target; haven't been up there lately. I know Walmart usually carries socks in plus sizes-which fit better over my larger calves!

Hi,
Target does have adult sizes of leggings, and they are pretty good quality - although I don't think they have halloween prints in adult sizes.

Also, Dharma trading has their lycra cotton swim suits on sale. The adult ones ($7) are the former style, the new ones run large. They also have child sizes ($5). These are white and made for painting and dyeing.
