In the "Conditioning for Figure Skating" book the author shows the skaters using ankle rockers for off ice training. I tried looking them up online and I couldn't find the specific ones in the book. Is anyone familiar with these and where I could get one? I see the Wobble boards, and the smaller Weeble boards, but not the ankle rockers displayed in the book (which seem to be more specific to figure skating). The book was written in 2002 so I can't be that out of the loop. Maybe they're called something else?

I'm sure there are more. I searched at Amazon then did a google.

I didn't use them, though. I just did releves and toe-points and flexes because my joints were "loose" enough and needed to be built up.

Have you done the plyo boxes yet? They helped my waltz jump get higher....(along with mini-hurdles, and all the other crazy stuff)
