Sorry everyboby, I forgot to introduce myself I am new here!!
I m so happy I finally found a forum!!
My name is Sophie and I live in France ; I'm bilingual french and english. I've been skating since I was 9 and was 17 three weeks ago. I hope to here from you soon , yours Soph xxx

Welcome! I spent two weeks in France this summer, but I didn't get to skate at all when I was there. And we're pretty close in age -- I'll be seventeen in a little over a month!

They live down in the Cevennes region, between Ales and Nimes. It's a long way down south but very pretty there! The west coast is lovely too. I used to go there on my holidays when I was little!

My husband used to go to summer camp (colonie de vacances) along the west coast--he loved it there. His mother is French, and his grandparents wanted him to be able to speak French. They live in Normandie (Ouistreham-Riva Bella) and in Beausoleil, just outside of Monaco.

Hi, and welcome. We go to the Coupe de la Montagne in Villard-de-Lans every year, and to the associated training camp, and used to go to the other adult competition in Dunkerque, in December, but I don't think we're going this year.
