Seems she'll be quite busy this season with all her current skaters, and new acquisitions. She's got one helluva workload.
So correct me if I'm wrong...she now coaches:
Yagudin
Cohen
Bourne & Kraatz
Lang & Ternechev
Anyone else?

Poor Mr Nicks!
I wonder if Tatiana will show her who's boss?;)
BREAKING NEWS!
Sasha Cohen announced Friday that she will change coaches beginning in September. Sasha will move to Newington, Conn., and join Tatiana Tarasova.
Sasha fans registered on her Web site are the first to read the news.

Kulikova & Markova for sure, and I believe Grushina & Goncharov have also moved there. Two of her teams from last year are no longer AFAIK - T&F from Japan, and another eastern European team whose names escape me in the off season.
No word yet on whether she will be working with A&B as choreographer/consultant like last season, or the French team of D&L. I think FP&M are not competing next year, but they have traditionally spent time with her too (along with A&P).
And then there is some discussion that Ilia Klimkin may also be moving to Connecticut - I haven't seen any confirmation yet.
We may just have to wait for the first competitions to get the full picture!

The other team was Alissa de Carbonnel & Alexander Malkov. Alissa's not actually Eastern European--some combination of French/Swiss/U.S., or something like that, I think. (Someone explained it to me once, but I don't remember. I know she competed in USFSA competition before pairing with Sasha.) Sasha was actually Russian or some nationality of that area. They represented Belarus. :)
However, I do think I remember hearing that Sasha may have found a new partner a while back, an American girl. I assume that either that fell through, or he's not with Tarasova anymore?
Gates and Nusseur are her students too... Quite the full house. And isn't Timmy seeking her help for choreography or something?

Well she does have Nikolai there doing alot of the work, don't forget! And Maia Usova is also there so it's not like TT is doing this all by herself. That would be quite overwhelming to say the least!

I hope AB still stays with Tarasova. It was so refreshing to see AB programs last season because the programs were one of the most creative yet entertaining last year. I hope they continue to work with her because their programs overall were better and they were SO MUCH MORE POLISH!

Ok, let's see if I can straighten things out, LOL... I just did this over on FSU, so I should be able to do it again. Right now, TT has B&K, L&T, Kulikova and Markov, Nussear and Gates, and yes, Grushina and Goncharov, as well as Alexei, Sasha, and Darya Zuravicky (skates for Israel). There's been a new guy around lately, I haven't gotten his name yet, but I suppose he could very well be Ilia Klimkin. Blond hair, huge triple axel, really cute, LOL. Nikolai and Maya are both around, and yes, Abitbol and Bernadis were here about a month ago.

I think though, that Tatiana has said her priorities are focussed on Shae-Lynn and Victor, and Alexei...
I hope all of her students, especially Sasha Cohen and Lang & Tchernyshev, being her new students, get the attention they need to become better skaters.
