confusing article.
Any idea what this means, especially the second sentence?
"ISU COP doesn’t not include waltz jumps or single jumps performed that are cheated more than a quarter turn short of rotation and gives them no marks what so ever. For Adult Preprelim to Adult Junior Bronze, including the waltz jumps and single jumps performed that are cheated less than a quarter turn short of rotation it is a relief."

I went and read through ISUGrades of Execution (http://www.isu.org/vsite/vfile/page/fileurl/0,11040,4844-152075-169291-64125-0-file,00.pdf) and it mentions the -0.2 to -0.3 deduction for minor cheats all the way down to single toe loop, I guess what I thought singerskates was saying was that Canada was allowing more cheats than that. If that's what she meant maybe she has a link. Thanks for the clarification Old Gurl.
Cheating, even saying cheating makes my coach go nuts (fun to watch), so I don't cheat, if I can't do it clean, it doesn't go in my program (even before CoP).
Here's a fun thought: lets say that you really do toe waltzes instead of toe loops. Then you fall on it. You get both the downgraded GOE and a deduction for the fall. At what point does the skater OWE the judges points?
