Canada vs China/Japan

I'm doing a summative projet and it has to be a comparison of sport. So I have decided to either do Canada in comparison to China or Japan... I was wonder which country out of china or japan that I could ge the most information from. If you guys have any facts or websites on any of the these skating systems in these countries that would be GREAT!
