Hey... i was wondering if Scott Hamilton's cancer is back again? Thats what ive heard. Is that true or a rumor? Also I was wondering why we don't hear of Tara Lipinski anymore. Does she still skate? Kristi Yamaguchi you don't hear much of either since she married the famous hockey player. Do any of them still skate? If anybody knows anything about any of this please tell me. Thank you. Kristi splits her time between the San Francisco bay area and the Raleigh NC area (if the NHL ever starts again) She does still skate--I've seen her on the ice locally.

Scott Hamilton's cancer isn't back, if you're referring to the testicular cancer he had back in 1997 or so. He was, however, diagnosed with a benign brain tumor this year. From the little I've read, he's responded well to treatment.

I don't actually know the answer about Tara. Kristi is still skating, just not as much as she used to. She has an annual show with Disson Skating, and her show in the upcoming season is entitled "Kristi Yamaguchi Friends and Family" and is taking place Oct. 25 at the Pepsi Arena in Albany, NY, and will be broadcast on NBC Dec. 31 from 4-6PM EST. I don't think she's scheduled for any other Disson events this fall, though. She did have a baby a couple years ago, though, so I think she's cutting back to spend time with her family.

I don't believe Tara can skate anymore. She's had two rounds of surgery on her hips - I don't think they could take the impact again. I believe she's trying to become an actress.
