I may be going to see Skate America when it comes to the Hartford Civic Center. Is there anyone here that has been to Skate America before that can please tell me how much the tickets would sell for indivigally, and how much tickets for just the Pairs Event would be? As well as what they cost on sale? Also anyone know when they do? Thanks.

Individual tickets will likely go on sale in the spring of 2006 -- you can compare the ticket price levels per day for 2005 Skate America at:

Skate America usually sells tickets for the day, not by specific event, so you would have to buy a ticket for 2 days in order to see the Pairs short program and the Pairs free skate events.

When I went to Skate America 2003, I think all-event tickets were somewhere between $100-150, I don't remember exactly. I don't know about individual days; do they always even offer that? I don't remember seeing offers for anything but all-event tickets when I went, but maybe it was just because I bought my tickets pretty early. I know individual evening tickets at Nationals usually run around $60 for a night of short programs/compulsory dances/OD and more like $75 for long programs and free dance. Maybe more than that the night of the ladies LP.
