4CC next year is gonna be in Colorado Springs! It's the last international event before the Olympics.
But let's see what reasons the top U.S. skaters will use to get out of this one! ;) :P

From my recent experience there, I hope that they drink lots and lots of water!
Cool that it's coming there. I wish my area would get some of these events. I don't think we've had anything major (except for the cheesefest) since Nancy's knee got whacked.

You've had Skate America in Colorado Springs several times since then! 1999-2001 come to mine. Also, you've had Synchro Nationals there in 2000. And the Grand Prix final in 2003. I'm sure if I thought back through the 90s, I'd remember a few more! Those are just the ones I went to!

Well, I fully expect Tanith and Ben to be there seeing as they went this year and next year they won't be competing at the Olympics anyway.
While it would certainly be nice if it could start drawing top skaters like Europeans does, I don't think you should really hold it against the skaters, especially not in an Olympic year when things are packed tight enough as it is.
Judging from the GPF ticket prices last year, 4CC should be quite affordable. I also don't anticipate it selling out so decent tickets will be available until close to the event. I'll probably wait and see what my schedule and finances are like around then on whether I'll go.
Events in Colorado Springs are pretty well attended. With 4CCs being so inexpensive usually, I think they'll have a great turnout. It's really great to attend events in Colorado Springs. The rink is great, the hotels are convenient and it's usually a great place to visit.
If it's not well attended, it will be because it's only 4CCs.

I'm sorry, SkateFan123! I forgot they don't show our location anymore since they re-did the format of the forum. "Here" is, in my case, Detroit! ;)
