Skating discussion 'club' in Phoenix

I don't know if this is the right forum for this thread, but I wanted to let the fans in the Phoenix area know about a new Toastmasters club that was recently started, with focus on skating. The group plans to meet about once a month, and use the Toastmasters meeting format (loosely), which means members will work on their communications skills while doing skating related activities. The group has planned various skating related activities. Examples are: watching skating videos, discussions, going to local competitions and shows, practices, visiting local skating rinks, etc.

What a cool idea. I wish I could join! I've been a Toastmasters member for about five years and it has benefitted me a lot. I've spoken about skating too. Gave a good speech about "Skategate." The idea of merging these two interests and the speeches I'd get to hear and give and those activities too is very attractive indeed.
