How many entries do the USA and Canada get for the Olympics and Worlds next year?

I plead ignorance as to the system. How many does each get in the Ladies, men's Pairs and Dance? Which countries get 3 entries each?

Men: 3 for USA, 3 for Canada, no other country gets 3.

Pairs: 3 for Russia, 3 for China, no other country gets 3. US and Canada each get 2.

Women: 3 for USA, Japan, and Russia. Canada barely squeaks in 2.

Dance: 3 for USA and Russia. Canada gets 2.
