Whenever I've viewed it, the sound has been really, really low and I've had to turn up the volume to the max. Even then, it's still quite low. Maybe we should e-mail them to let them know.

I got two audio tracks when I watched Jeff's interview, so I could barely hear what he had to say.

I have no problems with either the picture or the audio, other than the same minor problems usually associated with streaming media (namely, the picture is a bit dark and the flow not quite synchronous).

However I do have a theory why some people may be experiencing problems: because the program is hosted by Sympatico MSN, it might not work properly if you're using Real or any other non-Microsoft media player.
