Apparently it's between Victoria & Winnipeg....probably waiting to make sure Victoria's new arena is ready. I think Winnipeg is the back up location.

Yes, I know but when will the final decision be made? My vacation plans are hanging upon the location of SC this year...... :frus:

I can't imagine that they're "waiting for the new arena" to decide yea or nay on Victoria. The arena is opening with a concert in March, and CSOI in May. So there must be something else going on.

According to the website, the announcement will be made in the spring.
