I doubt you will find any different response...probably a higher court will refuse to even hear the case...because it appears you did not meet the legal standard to even bring causes of action.

This is like a plaintiff claiming serious injury by a defendant but who cannot claim that they, as plaintiff, were ever treated by a physician!!!

Sprizzo, who is a very great judge, appears to have been tempted to sanction the lawyers with raising a frivolous case...that's pretty awful because it says that your very causes of action do not meet the standard to even bring a case on, never mind anything else.
