Just wanted to say that watching Canadians was the first time I saw Joannie's skating. Absolutely, awestruck! Her confidnece, her jumps were so perfect with so much speed and flow into and out of, choreography was outstanding and her ability to project and skate with feeling, the attention to detail along with the music, her great skating skills and speed. She is a very polished skater. I was just speechless when i watch her long program. I really do hope she goes on to win something at the Worlds and she definitely deserves to represent Canada at the Olympics next year (already!?).

Got a chance to meet her a few times. She's really nice. I was walking down a long hallway when she walked passed me and I just kind of froze......whoa was that Joannie??....... I turned around again and she turned around too and she said hi to me.
