Ah, the skating seaon is here, but where are all the skaters?
Sitting on the sidelines, nursing their unfortunate injuries.
I remember reading a post a few weeks back about the pressure on skaters to jump, forever increasing the difficulty, which may lead to injury.
Jumps are nice, but when I see Yukina skate, even if she doesn't land her jumps, her skating is so entertaining, her style is so beautiful!
There was a time when that was what ladies figure skating was all about.
So as long as she's at an event, I will tune in, attend, and skate (my jumps are sad) but i love it, so i will continue.
The Michelles, Sashas, Shizs, and Andos are great,
but so are the Yukinas! :bow:
