I have a question for all you COP experts. I read that Angela did a total of 10 jumps in her LP. She repeated the double axel and also did a single axel. There was a total of four triples. My question- does the Zayak Rule apply in the COP?

I'm not certain about how it pertains to COP, but the Zayak rule only applies (applied?) to triples. So Angela could have done as many double axels or any other double as she wanted.

For the CoP criteria, senior ladies can do 7 jump elements in the free progam. That's elements, not jumps. Up to three of those elements can be a combo or a sequence. A triple jump cannot be repeated more than once, and if it is repeated it must be in combination or sequence.

So, if you combine those rules and work out the maximum of jumps allowed, I *think* that means you can do 10 jumps. Angela did 7 jump elements, three of which were combo/sequence with a second jump, for a total of 10 jumps.

Hope I didn't confuse. Cheers.
