Does anyone know what happened to her? Does she plan on skating again? I miss her skating!

Totally agree. She and Aaron Parchem had such terrific chemistry. She seemed not to have the jumps--not that I cared but they just weren't competitive the way they needed to be. But so romantic, they really had the two-skating-as-one thing down pat. I wish there were more room in skating for variety and different strengths and weaknesses. Maybe Stephanie should try ice dance.

I heard after Stephanie quit that she wouldn't be competing anymore. It's a shame she never got the jumps because she was such an exceptional skater in a lot of other areas, but unfortunately she never really mastered anything near the necessary top-level jump content.

Or the high expenses of elite training/skating (dance is supposedly even more expensive than pairs!) may have also been a factor in her decision to quit.

IIRC, she had some knee injuries?

I'm a friend of Stephanie's and she is doing good. She is teaching skating and doing some choreograhpy. As far as I know she has never had knee surgery. Also she doesn't plan on skating again.
