I just finished up "The Loop," my figure skating link directory. So if you have a skating site, please go join!

Any comments/suggestions/CATEGORY IDEAS!!! would be greatly appreciated! The site is just starting but I hope for it to become very large!

Looks like a very good start, but you might want to tone down the colors a little bit. My eyes are still smarting.

Only additional site category I could think of was one for official sites of the skaters.

maybe if u get mor skating clubs, you could make an additional catergory for synchronized skating clubs. and i agree with the colours; they're kinda hard on the eyes...

I'm actually gonna change fansites to athlete sites...

Looks good so far! I agree it would be a good idea to have official skaters' sites and unofficial fansites listed under separate categories--both types of sites are listed together at Skatefans, so I like the idea of being able to differentiate between them on another site. I'm curious about the difference between "fansites" and "athlete's sites," though. Is there a real difference or is "athlete's sites" just another name for "unofficial fansite for a specific skater?" Just wondering...

Looks like a good start!

Have to agree about the colours though, its a bit hard to read.

If you get more clubs perhaps you could list them first by Country, or if they are all U.S., clubs separate them by State. That would be helpful for those looking for a club in their area.

Good job!

I wanat to be able to list them by state, but "Simple Directory" doesn't have sub-categories. I want to e-mail the creator and ask about the possibility of her creating them though.

I'm confused, doesn't SkateWeb already serve this purpose? It has hundreds and hundreds of clubs listed all arranged by country and state/province as well as fansites and tons of other handy reference links and just recently celebrated its 10th anniversary online. Also, Sandra doesn't require that you link back to her site in order to be listed.

Okay, this wasn't exactly for criticism so whatever. I'll just take that comment with a grain of salt.

Good start. I actually don't mind the color -- maybe you've changed it already?

You need to add more clubs, I would agree. I can see why you put all of those Oregon clubs, though -- we need more skaters!! Come to lovely Oregon!! (especially male ice-dance pros). :)

Ooops, got off-topic!! Again, nice site!
