Michelle Kwan wins the Teen Choice Award for Best Female athlete. 8)

This might be silly question, but why no pictures of Tara and Michelle together? That would be fantastic!!! Does no pictures of them together imply animosity?

I don't think it says anything about any animosity between them at all. They both just may have not been in the same spot at the right time for the cameras.

YOWSA! ;) Michelle and Tara be lookin' fiiinnnneeee. ;) Love those surfboard pics, looks like Michelle's got her a little 6-pack going there! Michelle looks like she could be in one of those surf movies from the 60's...maybe she could do a Beach Blanket Bingo On Ice. :lol: You know, would it be beyond reason to think maybe these 2 could actually do a show or something together someday? I mean I know they're not best friends or anything but it sure would be cool to see them in some kind of GOOD skating show together.

Tara and MK were in a good skating show together...It was the Tribute in NYC in October.It was a kick to see them skating out together holding hands and then standing next to each other during the opening ceremony.

Well yeah, they were, but I meant something with them as the main stars of the show, not a benefit for the USFSA Memorial Fund. I would love to see someone get them together for their own show if it's possible, that would be cool.

considering that Michelle and Tara haven't competed against each other in over 4 years, i doubt they have any ties anymore. Tara went pro, and Michelle garnered other eligible competitors. their "rivalry" is long gone, and they really don't have much in common in terms of skating anymore.

perhaps if Michelle were to go pro now, they might have common ground again, but i don't think so. Michelle has made it pretty clear she doesn't want to go pro.

that said, i think they both look really hot :) (i particularly like this picture...Michelle looks so happy!)

Both look great! Michelle is funny in some some of those poses. She's really working that sarong outfit! I love Tara's hair in those pictures. I might have to take her picture in next time I get my hair done.

I wish we could enlarge the pictures without paying. I am having a hard time telling exactly what Tara is wearing and what both are wearing on their feet.

Oh well, Sarah didn't get to bring a surfboard home to Long Island! Darn! I guess she wasn't even there. At least she's got the ESPY!

Michelle is wearing bluish flip flops that match her outfit. She looks incredible in those pictures.

Tara did present and was in a skit at the beginning of the show, I think it was a spoof on American Idol and she sang with Justin Timberlake. Both Tara & Michelle looked great!

Just a question: do all skaters have bodies like Michelle's in the off-season? Is this considered "out-of-shape" for her? 8O
