Michelle Kwan - I would tell her how much I love her for her skating and amazing competitive spirit. And to up her technical prowess. She really needs to. Regardless, I love her anyway.
Stephane Lambiel - I'd let him know how much I love his emotional skating and amazing spins. And good luck in Euros and Worlds in 2005. And that he and Carolina Kostner get married in the future and have lots of beautiful kids.
Belbin & Agosto - to tell them how much I love their crisp, clean ice dancing style, as well as how beautiful Tanith is.
Sasha Cohen - I'd tell her to keep up the good work and not be so nervous when she skates - she is lovely with exquisite positioning and a spiral to rival Kwan's and Bobek's.
Kevin Van Der Perren - I would tell him that I love his simple and unpretentious skating style, and hope his 3axel and quad whatever becomes more consisitent, because he is a talented kid. And good luck w/Cup of Russia and Euros and Worlds in 2005.
Jenny Kirk - I'd tell her to keep skating to light, airy and fun music because it truly suits her.
Plushy - to develop deeper edges and dig into the ice instead of just skitting across it. And to get rid of that catch-foot spiral. It's tired.
Joubert - Brian I would tell to develop better spins. His Matrix program was great except for that. Yags has taught him well.
Ilia Klimkin - to pick better music than that Euro-techno stuff you skated to at Euros. You have many fine qualities in your skating

Yes, I know they're all pro skaters now, but they also happen to be my all-time favourite skaters and since I've yet to meet any of them, they're still on top of my "skaters I'd like to meet someday" list. :)

I love having great tickets and seeing all the skaters up close, like at Campbells, but I really wouldn't want to meet any of them particularly.
I find it extremely uncomfortable to be around celebs on any basis other than normal social relations (professional, work-related, relatives etc.) because off the ice, or off the stage, I just see them as people, like anyone else, and realize that I don't know them, so its like, er, ah, "hello stranger". I feel guilty, like I'm keeping them from their dinner with their family or something, LOL!
For my birthday, a freind got me a backstage pass to see Luciano Pavarotti, after Turnadot, and I just couldn't do it...I figured all I would do is say "Thank you, thank you! and break down crying, or maybe even give him the flu that I had, because I heard he sometimes hugs or kisses the women, so who needs that!
Kids are different...kids know everyone, so its great for kids.

Ladies: Katarina Witt
Pairs: *sigh* wish it could be Gordeeva/Grinkov, but since it can't, I'll say Sale/Pelletier

I've had the opportunity to have met so many of my favorite skaters, but there are still a few out there that I haven't met that would love to meet someday.
Sarah Hughes is one. Infact I'd not only love to meet her one on one but I would also love to see her skate LIVE which I haven't had the opportunity to do so. Hopefully now that she is touring with SOI, hopefully she will join the Canadian leg of the show in April.
Rudy Galindo. I LOVE RUDY ! He's awesome and he is certainly one person I'd love to meet and have my book signed that he wrote. Alot of my biographies that I have purchased, are all autographed by the skaters, but my Rudy Galindo Biography is one that I haven't been able to get autographed. Maybe someday !!
