Hi,
I have just found an article about that there's going to be a new dress-code during competition and in the future. The article I've found was at Slam Skating at www.slam.canoe.ca/Slam/FigureSkating/home.html.
Anyone interested???It's a very good article!!!Tell me what you think!!!This decision was made at the ISU Congress in Tokyo where they also changed the judging system for next year and in the future.

I like this part, it made me laugh:
Quote from article linked in above post -
The ISU also decided that, for both men and women, sleeves will no longer be compulsory. Women in ice dancing were excluded from the change to allow pants.
Like what they wear in ice dance follows any sort of rulings at all...
And the sleeve part, what's with that? Since when have sleeves been compulsory?

Before this, men weren't allowed to wear sleeveless costumes.

Odds are 3/1 that Michael Weiss will be the first to take advantage of this rule.

This is one of the things that I like about skating... comedic value. :)

Who is going to come up with the first pair of illusion fabric pants?

I assume you mean which woman would wear illusion pants - otherwise my vote would have to go to Michael along with his sleeveless costume
