Just one point I remember quickly from a different version of the same report: Judges won't be identified at the senior level but they will be at the junior level.

this is encouraging that the proposal is made by the isu.
just as skaters should consider the judges evaluations of their performances as constructive information, i would hope that this would pass as a constructive and educational opportunity for the international judges.

Hello,
I am new on this board, and I find it very interesting. I want to post this link about what the Protopopovs have to say on the future of figure skating, on the ISU, on O. Cinquanta, and many other subjects such as the NJS (New Judging System) and related to skating.
The document is in PDF format, 35 pages long, sometimes a little difficult to read (due to their Russian roots) but quite understandable.
It explains exactly what skaters, competitors, officials, volunteers feel about what is happening right now and is Oh! so true.
I don't exactly know how to make a link work from this message, but I will try. In case it doesn't work, I will type the url of the web page. Just click on the last "hot" line. http://www.frogsonice.com/skateweb/

Hello,
Just wanted to know if anyone had comments about what the Protopopov's were expressing in their report.
Have a great week.
