A Skater's Legal Battle

Does anyone remember years ago when an ice skater sued their coach over alleged "bad technique". I think it happened in Calif. and I thought the skater won in court. Does anyone know (any details)?

a ksater sued their coach for bad technique??? 8O 8O why didn't they just switch coaches??? i can understand if the bad technique had caused an injury though.....
